Paul's work has screened to a worldwide audience of a multitude of destinations including: India, France, Germany, Israel, Ireland and cities such as Toronto, Copenhagen, Cape Town, St Petersburg, New Orleans and Cairo. Video work has also been broadcast on BBC One and Ikono TV.
Assistant director and other roles on short films, music videos, events and commercials for clients such as Ford, Electronic Arts, NSPCC, Audible, Hugo Boss, VUE, Channel 4, ICA, Colombia Records, Estée Lauder and Sony. Production assistant on feature documentary New Town Utopia and 1st assistant director on feature documentary Postcards From The 48% that premiered at Edinburgh International Film Festival with a North American Premiere at the Denver International Film Festival with both films released in UK cinemas nationally and available for purchase.
The Divine Visions of Hildegard von Bingen visualises the divine visions of German nun and mystic Hildegard von Bingen premiered in 2018 for Lingua Ignota with live music / vocalist at Hackney Showroom commissioned by Filthy Lucre supported by Arts Council England. Lost In The Nameless City is an award-winning film that had its world premiere at The Artists Forum Festival of The Moving Image in New York and screened at the 2018 Cinetekton International Film & Architecture Festival.
His films of dance, documentary and fiction have opened festivals, recieved awards and been selected to screen at Los Angeles County Museum of Arts, Institute of Contemporary Arts in London and cities like Toronto, Lisbon, New Delhi, New Orleans, St. Petersburg, Cairo, Copenhagen, Cape Town and Dublin. Work featured at London Short Film Festival and Tirana International Film Festival, events San Diego Comic-Con and exhibition Zealous X (Oxo Tower Wharf, London). His promotional work has been televised prime-time on BBC One and he's been commissioned to make dance films in Denmark supported by Danish Arts Foundation with collaborator Julie Schmidt Andreasen. His series Videos For Artists has documented artists' work at Barbican Centre and London galleries.
Paul has been the 1st assistant director on feature documentary Postcards From The 48% released theatrically in 2018 and has worked as an assistant director and other floor roles for clients such as Sony, Sky and Hugo Boss working with companies such as Sassy Films, 3angrymen, Good Relations, The Outfit and Gravity Road. He has also worked on feature documentary New Town Utopia released in 2018 as a production assistant and additionally editing an initial trailer for the director towards fundraising. In addition to various kinds of filmmaking Paul has also undertaken photography commissions with English Heritage towards national marketing in London and elsewhere.
