Lost In The Nameless City in official selection for '12 Months Film Festival' in Romania... and A Film By Abigail!
Time to share some happy news about my personal work...
Whilst still screening in competition throughout April at the LemoArt Gallery (Berlin) my short experimental documentary Lost In The Nameless City which interprets and observes urban space, the architecture and nature found in it in London was selected for the 12 Months Film Festival (Cluj-Napoca, Romania). The film is eligible for ad hoc awards and audience awards. The festival runs monthly and you can see the film's profile on the festival website where you can vote for it too. In addition, the notification came with a double success as my London Short Film Festival selected documentary A Film By Abigail (that I assumed had run its course with its long festival run finishing in 2016) was also put into the official selection! Its profile for voting is here.
You can follow me on Instagram @paulfilmmaker where I'm most active on social media and check out some of the other work and things I get up to such as recently working as a 1st Assistant Director on feature documentary Postcards From The 48% (Guerilla Film), 1st Assistant Director for a short film Gold Diggerz and as Assistant Director / Camera on a commercial for Joey Wears. I'll be looking to write a blog post about these projects soon, as well as assisting on a music video for London Grammar.
