The 2nd Annual Greensboro Dance Film Festival will commence on the 22nd of March this Sunday and the The Body Canvas will be in the Official Selection.

The festival, the first of its kind to reside in Greensboro, is in its second year and features dance films representing 9 countries in both student and professional categories. The event will also feature a moderated panel of professional artists and an array of experimental film formats all presented against the backdrop of beautiful Weatherspoon Art Museum...

Because the event has very limited space in their program, with multiple pieces of great film work being submitted, what will be screened will be a short Trailer Excerpt of the film. Despite the full film not being shown, we're delighted that the festival organisers insisted on showing something of The Body Canvas to their audience and wider community. The festival will take place at the big and bustling Weatherspoon Art Museum (Greensboro, North Carolina, USA) and is presented by Sugarfoote Productions and University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dance Department.
